Our Story

Vari is a Laos-based startup and SME founded in Jul 2020 with a mission to provide clean, affordable, and sustainable drinking water solutions. Our founders, driven by personal experiences and a desire to make a positive impact, have developed innovative products and services that meet the needs of our community while promoting environmental responsibility.

We offer high-quality drinking water in refillable bottles of various sizes, prioritizing sustainability and reducing plastic waste. Our delivery services, powered by electric trucks, ensure convenient access to clean water for households and businesses. We also provide customizable OEM glass bottles for organizations seeking eco-friendly options. Our ERP management system optimizes operations, improves data management, and enhances cost-effectiveness.

Vari has leveraged technology to enhance the customer experience, offering a user-friendly application for easy ordering and personalized recommendations. Additionally, We on going to develop a smart refill station, strategically placed in high-traffic areas, to provide a convenient and sustainable solution for refilling water bottles.


       Our core focus is on providing clean drinking water through various solutions, including refillable bottles, OEM glass bottles, and delivery services using electric micro trucks. We adhere to GMP standards in our four-stage water purification process to ensure the highest quality and safety standards.

       Vari takes pride in our operational excellence, customer-centric approach, and advanced technology utilization. Through our ERP management system and user-friendly application, we provide efficient services and personalized recommendations to our customers.
As a socially responsible company, we actively engage in CSR activities and collaborate with NGOs and local organizations to raise awareness about clean drinking water and sustainability. We have already made a significant impact, serving over 2,000 households and 300 offices in Vientiane, providing more than 5,000,000 liters of high-quality drinking water, and saving over 3,000,000 plastic bottles. We have 20 franchisees, They also have a place to store the goods and use a small EV truck to deliver them to homes and businesses.

       Looking ahead, Vari aims to expand its market share in Laos, targeting a 10-20% market share by 2027. We aspire to acquire 50,000 users, generate $10M in revenue, and continue our mission of providing refreshing and sustainable hydration solutions to the community.
